PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber vulcanizing mold capable of avoiding generation of burr without requiring shrink fitting or post-processing. SOLUTION: In a rubber vulcanizing mold, the core insertion hole formed to a mold main body is equipped with a small diameter hole, a large diameter hole and the axis orthogonal surface connecting the small and large diameter holes. A core mold has a large diameter corresponding to the large diameter hole of the core insertion hole, and the axis orthogonal surface coming into contact with the axis orthogonal surface connecting both holes. The contact boundary surface with the axis orthogonal surfaces of the core insertion hole and the core mold communicates with a rubber material vulcanizing and molding space. Annular contacts positioned at the edge of the small diameter hole of the core insertion hole to come into contact with each other, and annular non- contacts bringing the outer peripheries of the annular contacts to a mutual non-contact state are formed to the axis orthogonal surfaces of the core insertion hole and the core mold. An annular groove is formed to the axis orthogonal surface of at least one of the core insertion hole and the core mold so as to be positioned on the outer diameter side of the annular contact.
