PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent idle hammering of a hammer so as to reduce weight of a machine body and improve durability. SOLUTION: A cutout part 18 is formed on a tool holder 15 pin-connected with a rotating cylinder 1 to rotate with the cylinder 1 and a slide sleeve 3 is axial-movably mounted between the cylinder 1 and the cutout part 18 for opening/closing an air port 6 by the slide sleeve 3.
