PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proofing sheet which shows excellent weather resistance, air pollution resistance and chemical resistance, is cheap and gives good workability. SOLUTION: A multi-layered sheet is obtained by laminating a weather resistant film layer, a heat resistant high strength film layer made of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin stretched film or a polycarbonate-based resin film and a rubbery asphalt layer having a water-proofing property in this order. The multi-layered sheet is used as a water-proofing sheet showing a long-term durability suitable for preventing deterioration of an outdoor concrete construction such as an elevated bridge and the like.
