PURPOSE: A system for connecting and converting the investment share of the cyber money loan into the cash is provided to guarantee the earnings set by an investment list in a site to a member, and to make the member take the profit and make an adviser take the public relation by assigning a basic allotment of the earnings and joining the allotment with an advertisement medium. CONSTITUTION: The user loans the cyber money when registers as a member and becomes a member by investing the loan money. The first subscriber receives the share firstly and the next subscriber receives the share by converting the investment share into the cash according to the subscribing order. Then, the profit is previously offered to the member with the set earnings and the fair distribution and the loaned cyber money are repaid by clicking a banner advertisement.
