PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink having a pneumatic palatability and slurry-like palatability though not in a partially thawed condition and suppressed in a precipitation of calcium, a coagulation or precipitation of milk protein, etc., even after preserved for a long period. SOLUTION: This drink contains a particulate gel prepared by formulating the milk protein and polysaccharides having a gelling property with calcium ion and has the pneumatic palatability and the slurry-like palatability. The drink having the pneumatic palatability and slurry-like palatability without generating the precipitation of calcium and the coagulation or precipitation of the milk protein even after preserved for a long period is provided by preparing the particulate gel by formulating the milk protein and a calcium salt if required so as to have calcium ion concentration of >=3.5 mM/L. |
