PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the penetration of high frequency external electromagnetic noise into the inside of a device without causing any influence on pacing and sensing in an implantable medical device such as an implantable cardiac pacemaker and an implantable cardioverter defibrillator. SOLUTION: In a through terminal part mounted to a case for the implantable medical device, a capacitor having a capacity ranging from 5000 to 50000 pF is arranged between a conductor part and the case. Especially, on the case inside part of the through terminal having multiple poles, a capacitor holder provided with a wiring pattern having a common pole and a plurality of signal poles matching the respective conductors is arranged, and the common pole of the capacitor holder is connected to the through terminal flange part. A plurality of signal electrodes are connected to the conductors of the through terminal individually. In this structure, a commercial ceramic capacitor can be connected to the common pole from a signal line via a minimum wiring length, and harmful noise superimposed onto the signal line on the outside of the implantable medical device can be reduced effectively.
