PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the adding ratio of MFC (micro-fibrillated cellulose) to a small amount without damaging the dispersibility of coating liquid and the fixing strength of SAP (sheet-like absorbent polymer) and a supporting body and to provide a sheet-like high absorbent with excellent water absorptivi ty and comfortable touch feeling. SOLUTION: By using the MFC having certain specified viscosity, the ratio of the MFC to the SAP contained in an absorption layer is reduced and the water absorptivity, the touch feeling and productivity are improved while maintaining the dispersibility of the coating liquid and the fixation of the SAP to a sheet-like base material.
