PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charcoal fire roaster that permits regulation of the amount of air supplied to the interior of the roaster by a simple operation and a combustion air regulator used therefor. SOLUTION: A charcoal fire roaster has an external body (2) mounted in the notch of a table or the like, an internal body (3) provided in the external body (2), a gas burner (10) provided in the internal body (3), a charcoal heater (4) provided in the internal body (3), a cooking section (6) arranged above the charcoal heater (4), and a combustion air supply means (12) for supplying combustion air to the internal body (3), and a combustion air regulator (14) storing at least the combustion air supply means (12), and the combustion air regulator (14) has an air hole (1402) and an opening and closing section (1403) for opening and closing the air hole (1402).
