PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole mat which can markedly reduce a grounding area of a foot sole by creating an air layer between the foot sole and a shoe to make the shoe structure thoroughly hard to be stuffy. SOLUTION: This mat 1 is made a net formed with a rather hard material (plastic, or the like), and bumps 2 made of a material same as the mat 1 are equipped on the mat 1 to work as columns to support the mat 1.
