PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system which enables carrying out of maintenance work quickly even in a remote land. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a controller for the endoscope for controlling a processor 220 for the endoscope or devices connected thereof, a server 210 for the endoscope communicable with the controller for the endoscope through the first network and a server 510 for service communicable with the server for the endoscope through the second network. The controller for the endoscope monitors the processor for the endoscope or the electronic endoscope connected to the processor for the endoscope. The controller for the endoscope reports the result of the monitoring to the server for the endoscope through the first network and the server for the endscope reports the result of the monitoring through the second network.
