PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot pillow which is based on a scientific ground and is used as an aid for enhancing the performance of the business affairs and study to be carried out by sitting on a chair for a long time since a user sitting on the chair with the tips of his or her toes raised up is burdened with the feet and waist to a lesser extent rather than the user sitting on the chair by placing the backs of the feet flatly on a floor surface when sitting on the chair. SOLUTION: The rocking type foot pillow is constituted by supporting footboards (1, 11 and 21) by means of two elliptic plates (5) to the outer peripheries of which slip stoppers (6) consisting of elastic bodies are applied.
