PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with improved durability and safety. SOLUTION: This bed is constituted of a base part 10 with support shafts 10b, 10b placed almost mutually parallel and a base shaft 10a bridged in a front position between both support shafts, a torsion coil spring 20 which has coil parts 20b, 20b wound around the base shaft 10a of the base part 10, on both sides of an almost linear part 20a which is supported by a spring receiver material 30 placed on the base shaft 10a, and a bed body part 40 maintained in a tilting posture and rearward than the base shaft 10a of the base part 10 by connecting both end parts 20c, 20c respectively extended from both coil parts 20b, 20b of the torsion coil spring 20 to a frame 40a placed along the peripheries and energizing both end parts 20c, 20c in a direction leaving the placed face by the torsion coil spring 20.
