PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of highly accurate operation simulation images for which pterional approach to a middle cerebral aneurysm and an anterior communicating artery aneurysm is assumed. SOLUTION: Only the image of an artery directly related to the cerebral aneurysm is selected as a region of interest from three-dimensional images prepared parallelly or corrected so as to be parallel to a line (O-M line) connecting the center of the eyeball at the head part and the center of the external auditory canal of a patient. In the case of the middle cerebral aneurysm, the image for which the image leaving only the cerebral aneurysm and peripheral arteries continued to it is rotated for 20 to 40 deg. in the opposite direction of an operation approach side to the O-M line and then rotated for -10 to 40 deg. to the head side of the patient or the image for which it is rotated for 180 deg. so as to be upside down is obtained. Also, in the case of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm, the image rotated for 80 to 115 deg. in the opposite direction of the operation approach side parallelly to the O-M line, then rotated for 35 to 70 deg. to the head side of the patient and rotated for 10 to 20 deg. horizontally in the opposite direction of the operation approach side or the image for which it is rotated for 180 deg. so as to be upside down is obtained. |
