PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate free from bedewing by effectively utilizing the moisture absorption/release properties of resin particles. SOLUTION: In the coated metal plate, 2-100 pts.mass of the resin particles having moisture absorption/release properties per 100 pts.mass of a solid coating film are dispersed in the outermost surface layer coating film, and part of the resin particles are protruded from the outermost surface layer coating film. Preferably, the resin particles contain carboxylate groups of 5.0-12.0 meq /g, are crosslinked, and have pores 0.005-3μm in average pore diameter and a specific surface area of at least 0.5 m<2> /g.
