PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dust collector equipment devised not to create a series of states of flash, ignition and explosion by classifying the fine dust to initiate inflammation and the chips of relatively large particles to generate great thermal energy to be accompanied by explosion when ignited and respectively treating the same without allowing both to coexist. SOLUTION: A dust collector 1 is internally successively provided with a first dust collection chamber 2 communicating with a suction 1A of dust, a second dust collection chamber 5 and a clean chamber 13 provided with an air exit 1B on which the suction effect of a fan acts. The first dust collection chamber 2 and the second dust collection chamber 5 are partitioned from each other by a mesh filter 4 for capturing the dust of the relatively coarse particles and the second dust collection chamber 5 and the clean chamber 13 are partitioned from each other by a filter 6 for capturing the fine dust.
