The contact device (5) comprises an electrically conductive wire (7) connected electrically to a first contact component (6) for connection to the rail and a second contact component (8) for connection to the connecting coil. At least one of the contact components (6) comprises an extrusion pressed profile component and the wire is connected to the first contact component by means of a welding seam (12). The first contact component comprises a cut, extrusion-pressed profile component, the cross-section of which has a general U-shape with two parallel arms (9) connected to a body part (10). The free ends of the arms form two contact surfaces parallel with the longitudinal direction of the profile component, which after fitting the contact component locate against the rail (2). The extrusion-pressed profile components are made of aluminium. |
