PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sandwich of vinegared rice rolled in a dried laver and a sandwich of rice ball in which ingredients are laid between boiled rice layers in a sandwiched state, which can be eaten like a sandwich of bread, are readily packed, have excellent appearances. SOLUTION: This method for producing a vinegared rice 15 rolled in a dried laver having an approximately square cross section comprises foldably connecting a plurality of wrapping plates to give a rectangular laver wrapping plate A, expanding the plate in a flat state, successively placing a dried laver sheet 6, boiled rice 7, ingredients 8 on the plate and folding the laver wrapping plate A in an approximately square cylindrical state. This method for producing the sandwich of vinegared rice rolled in a dried laver and a sandwich of rice ball comprises placing a dried laver sheet 6 and boiled rice 7 on a stationary wrapping plate 1 and movable wrapping plates 2 and 3 at both the sides of the plate, making the length b of the ingredient approximately equal to that of the boiled rice 7 and the width 1 of the ingredient approximately equal to that of the stationary wrapping plate 1 and placing the ingredient on the stationary wrapping plate approximately in the equal width. |
