PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing structure which does not disturb the current of the fluid as much as possible while keeping the foreign matter removing action even if a filter element is clogged. SOLUTION: A filter 42 consists of a cylindrical filter main body 45 disposed in a suction passage 41, a cover part 47 for closing the opening 45b of the main body 45 on the downstream side, a communication hole 48 formed by penetrating the main body 45, and through which the inside of the main body 45 communicates with the outside and the filter elements 49, 50 arranged in the main body 45 on the downstream side of the hole 48 and in the part 47 respectively. A circular gap between the outer peripheral surface 45c of the main body 45 and the inner peripheral surface 41a of the passage 41 is closed on the upstream side of the hole 48.
