The present invention relates to a binder for a building structure comprisi ng a main ingredient, a curing agent and an accelerator for the main ingredient ; the main ingredient being an epoxy acrylate resin diluted with a reactive monomer comprising a multifunctional ester of carboxylic acid and alcohol, at least one of which contains a reactive double bond; the curing agent being an organic peroxide; and the accelerator of the main ingredient being tertiary aromatic amines containing a hydroxyl group i n a nitrogen substituent.
