SOLUTION: A coffee maker has a body 1, a tank 2 to store water, a check valve 3, a hot water generator 6, a coffee brewing chamber 11, a hot water tank 7 temporarily storing hot water supplied from the hot water generator 6, and an intermittent hot water supply means 29 to intermittently supply hot water to the coffee brewing chamber, and by providing a vent 34 leading to the outside below the hot water tank 7, a coffee maker capable of restraining the energy of steam upward or around the coffee maker can be provided. |
