PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional method for producing sugarless bean jam and strained bean jam, raw material beans are well boiled, passed through a bean jam making machine, passed through a hexagonal sieve, bleached with water and dehydrated, however, since the raw material beans are ground in a sugarless state at a relatively high temperature, a starchy component is readily exposed to the outside and removal of the pasty component is required. SOLUTION: Well boiled beans are mixed with water, sugar and reduced starch syrup, heated, stirred and concentrated to give a strained bean jam. |
