SOLUTION: The treating gas 9 containing the NOx is subjected to ozone oxidation treatment in a reaction pipe 11, is subjected to decomposition of the ozone contained in the gas subjected to the ozone oxidation treatment in a decomposition catalyst packed column 14 and is subjected to adsorption treatment in a zeolite adsorption column 13. The regeneration of the adsorbents is carried out in the adsorption column internally lined with glass or dense alumina ceramic. |
