PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a telegraphic message to a terminal device side under consideration of a pre-set timing depending on abnormality states when a game machine is under an abnormal state. SOLUTION: When the game machine being under an abnormal state is judged (Yes for a step S600), a telegraphic message indicating the generation of the abnormality is transmitted to terminal devices at corresponding transmission destinations in a terminal device group at the transmission destinations which are respectively set for abnormality state groups (steps S610, S620, S630 and S640). In this case, the transmission of the telegraphic message is performed while taking a transmission timing which is set for the abnormality state in a transmission timing group being respectively set for a plurality of kinds of the abnormality state groups under consideration. Therefore, by properly setting the transmission timing, the transmission configuration for the abnormality notification can be made a required one.
