PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of easily attaching a tissue box to the front or rear surface of an automobile seat backrest or to a refrigerator door, the modesty panel of a steel desk and the like. SOLUTION: A substantially U-shaped metal bar is folded back at the tip ends of the parallel portions thereof to form a hook of a supporting arm (1) and a folded-back portion (3) and a hook of a supporting arm (2) and a folded- back portion (4). These hooks can hang a tissue box below the headrest of a seat. In addition, a combination of similar hooks and a suction cup or a magnet can attach a tissue box to the refrigerator door, the modesty panel of a steel desk and the like.
