PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub in which when a person taking a bath sits on a seat part and places his legs on it, he can stably and pleasantly take a bath without unpleasant feeling and which has excellent design properties. SOLUTION: The bathtub in which the seat part being one step higher than the bottom face is formed on a part of the bottom face is provided and the neighborhood parts of both sides of the seat part with which the back sides of the thigh parts are brought into contact when the person for taking a bath sits thereon are made to be down slopes toward the inner bathtub sides of the bathtub from the sidewall sides of the bathtub and the height in the surroundings of the center of the seat part is made higher than the surroundings of both sides. |
