<p>Blood is sucked from the slaughtered animal through a hollow knife by vacuum. the blood is received in a receptacle whose capacity is greater than the volume of blood removed from each animal. A device is provided permitting the rapide removal of the blood from the receptacle after each animal has been bled which is opened and closed by a command signal.</p> |
