PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide confectionery made through integrating plural different granular confectionery materials into one solid while respective tastes or shapes of the materials, where the tastes, flavors and color tones of the confectionery materials have good palatability, maintain its flavor for a long period of time and enable the characteristics of the materials to be utilized. SOLUTION: This confectionery is obtained by sticking plural granular confectionery materials together using a hardening agent so as to be integrated in one solid; wherein the hardening agent consists mainly of glutinous starch syrup and sugar, and contains thickening polysaccharides, and the content of the thickening polysaccharides is 0.03-1.0 wt.% based on the hardening agent.
