PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture-controlling device so as to be able to travel by repeating advancing and retreating while covering a correction delay by a pitching control in a reaping harvester equipped with a posture change- operating means capable of freely change-operating a front to rear inclining angle of a machine body against the ground-contacting part of a traveling unit, and a controlling means for performing the pitching control for controlling the functioning of the posture change-operating means so that the front to rear inclining angle-operating means based on a horizontal reference surface of the machine body becomes a set inclined angle. SOLUTION: This posture-controlling device is provided by that the controlling means 200 performs a forced inclining control for functioning the posture change operating means 100 so that the machine body becomes a rear inclined side against the traveling device when the machine body stops its advancing travel, and the controlling means 200 performs a forced inclining control for functioning the posture change-controlling means 100 so that the machine body becomes a front inclined side against the traveling device when the machine body stops its retreating travel respectively.
