PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the influences on non-harvested grain culms caused by third-hand grains and exhaust air which are discharged from a third-hand outlet behind a swinging selection shelf, and exhaust air which are discharged from a cross flow fan. SOLUTION: A threshing apparatus 4 has the following structure: a swinging selection shelf 3 is placed in a selection chamber below a threshing chamber 2 having a threshing cylinder 1, a winnower 5, a first spiral 6 and a second spiral 7 are placed below the swinging selection shelf 3 and from the upstream side to the downstream side of the blowing direction of a winnowing blower, a cross flow fan 8 is placed on the downstream side of the second spiral 7 and above the swinging selection shelf 3, a guiding board 9 for guiding backward the exhaust air from the cross flow fan 8 is placed behind the cross flow fan 8, and a plurality of downward guiding boards 10 for guiding the selection air from the winnower 5 toward the harvested ground side are placed with a specific interval below the guiding board 9.
