PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a sheetlike food having a white color tone, a light flavor and an excellent compatibility with an ingredient, further having a crispy palatability by cooking in comparison with grain flour raw material composed of only of wheat flour and a snack food using the sheetlike food and to provide a method for producing a snack food by using the sheetlike food. SOLUTION: This sheetlike food is obtained by mixing >=20 mass % in the whole grain flour raw material of rice flour with another grain flour and water to give a batter-like dough and roasting the dough. This snack food is characterized in that an ingredient is wrapped in the sheetlike food.
