PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invasion-preventing apparatus capable of surely preventing invasion through four seasons without depending on weather and installing it on an existing fence at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: This invasion-preventing apparatus is characterized by providing supporting members 2 protrusively installed in the upper part of a fence 1, a spindle 3 installed between supporting members 2 and rotating obstacles 4 rotatably supported by the spindle 3 and forming these rotating obstacles 4 in needle mountain-like state by radiately providing a number of sticking rods around a pipe 5 in which the spindle 3 is inserted.
