PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively carry out tilling of waste soil F plowed with a waste soil plate 3 with each tillage tine 1c biting in the soil surface and perform sufficient tillage treatment. SOLUTION: This apparatus for residual tillage treatment near a concrete ridge is obtained by arranging the waste soil plate 3 on the biting-in side B of the tillage tine 1c or the front thereof relatively to the rotary shaft center 1b of a rotary tillage mechanism 1 so that the waste soil F plowed with the waste soil plate 3 is guided.
