PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the demounting of a second tillage cylinder during maintenance without entwining grass, strews, etc., with opposite surface parts of a first tillage cylinder and the second tillage cylinder oppositely rotating into a threaded in form to cause expanding. SOLUTION: This partially reversely rotating rotary tillage device is obtained by externally fitting the first tillage cylinder onto an output shaft of a main transmission mechanism, and the second tillage cylinder onto an output shaft of an auxiliary transmission mechanism, respectively supporting both tillage cylinders by a case into a double axial form, axially sealing the space between the fitting surfaces of the output shaft of the main transmission mechanism and the output shaft of the auxiliary transmission mechanism with a seal, and axially sealing the space between the outside diameter of the output shaft or the auxiliary transmission mechanism and the case with a seal, extending the output shaft of the auxiliary transmission mechanism to the outside of the case, transmitting a power from the extended part thereof to the second tillage cylinder and rotating and driving the first tillage cylinder with the output shaft of the main transmission mechanism extending from the output shaft end of the auxiliary transmission mechanism further to the outside, installing a cover corotating with the output shaft of the main transmission mechanism in a boundary part between the first tillage cylinder and the second tillage cylinder, bending the peripheral edge part thereof to the side of the second tillage cylinder and crowning and superimposing the peripheral edge part of the bending to the outer periphery of the outer end of the second tillage cylinder in a noncontact state.
