PURPOSE: A system and a method for an Internet electronic commerce are provided to inform usage details collectively by collecting each usage detail of member cards according to clients. CONSTITUTION: A relay server performs a service registration with respect to member companies previously, collects card usage detail contents according to clients of a registered member company, and collects commodity advertisement information of member stores according to member companies(1). The relay server classifies card usage details according to clients and extracts an advertisement of commodities interested by clients(2). The relay server issues off-line media according to clients including card usage details, interested commodity advertisement according to clients, and on-line connection information(URL) of member companies and member stores(3). A client who received the issued off-line media operates one's off-line medium through a client computer(4). Card usage details of the client and an interested commodity advertisement are displayed on the client computer(5). If a specific site connection request is generated from the client computer(6), the relay server obtains an identification code and a code of the client who requests a site connection and performs a certification with respect to the obtained identification code and the code(7). The relay server decides a service available or not with respect to the client through the certification and interfaces a site page of a connected requested member company or a site page of a specific member store to the client computer(8).
