An adhesive preparation having a substrate which has undergone a processing for imparting ultraviolet-shielding properties. The substrate usually consis ts of one layer. For the processing, an organic ultraviolet absorber and/or an inorganic ultraviolet-shielding agent is generally used. The base of the adhesive preparation can contain a drug having poor light stability or a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic.
