PURPOSE: A process of preparing a tube type valve by heating one side of a plastic tube, compressing to be flat and then attaching to a tube or vinyl pack made of synthetic resin is provided. Whereby, the valve is easy to inject air and does not permit leakage of liquid when injecting the liquid thereinto. CONSTITUTION: One side of a plastic tube(1) is pressurized to form a pressed part(2a). An inside part of the plastic tube is formed by a mold release means(4). An adhesive part(3) is formed at the upper part of the pressed part. The pressed part is formed in a two steps so that the front end of the pressed part is absolutely pressed, and the rear end thereof is pressed less than the front end thereof.
