SOLID CHEMICAL FEEDER FOR WATER TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A solid chemical feeder for water treatment is provided, which prevents any cavity formation in chemical layer of quantitative supply part(200) by installing a rotary valve at the bottom of hopper, and can agitate and dissolve chemical at dissolving tank by spraying without any additional power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In the system including a hopper(100), a quantitative feeder(200), and a dissolving tank(300) which are serially set from top to bottom, solid powder chemical for water treating is dissolved by pure water at the dissolving tank(300), and the quantitative feeder equipped with a screw conveyor(210) quantitatively feeds chemical supplied by a rotary valve(400) from the hopper(100) to the chemical dissolving tank(300). A spray pipe(500) that is equipped with a plurality of nozzles(510) and connected to a purified water supply pipe(320) is installed inside the dissolving tank(300) to agitate chemical in the tank(300). A flow control valve(600) installed on a purified water supply line(320) and actuated by motor is remote controlled by a control part(610).
