PURPOSE: An apparatus for treatment of the prostate using an ultrasonic wave in the frequency band of 1 MHz and heat-massage effect by inserting a metal head attached with an ultrasonic piezoelectric element into the prostate through the anus is provided which minimizes pain and wound during treatment as well as having an obvious curative effect on the prostate. CONSTITUTION: This therapeutical instrument for prostate comprises: a main control part containing a power supply level controller, a time setting part and an ultrasonic wave generation control part to supply a voltage set by a user to a probe(3) for a predetermined time; a socket(2) to cause the probe to removably attached; the probe to directly transmit heat and ultrasonic vibration generated from a piezoelectric element(4); the piezoelectric element to generate ultrasonic wave and heat; a temperature censor to control a power source in comparison to the set temperature at the main control part; and a closed ring(7) to prevent inflow of various foreign materials.
