PURPOSE: Prefabricated yacht, boat, ship, construction equipment, machine equipment and toy and a method for assembling the same are provided to simplify the structure of construction equipment and machine equipment by dividing large body into several parts. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of parts are assembled to make prefabricated yacht, boat, ship, construction equipment, machine equipment, toy and the likes. Each part is formed as five layers. The plural parts are integrally fixed to each other by connecting the plural part using bolts. An inner portion of a body of the boat, yacht, and ship is hollowed so as to improve the buoyancy. In this case, each layer is alternately arranged so as to reduce water pressure applied thereto. In addition, concave and convex portions are further provided in the part of the boat, yacht, and ship so as to prevent the leakage of water.
