The paint spray gun has a tube (38) within the compressed air drilling (36), at a gap from its inner wall, with an inner channel (53) to feed the compressed air to a part of the piston drilling (33) upstream of the compressed air valve (31,32). The gap between the tube and drilling wall is linked to a pressure zone (28) downstream of the compressed air valve, by one connecting channel (50). Second connecting channel (52) leads to a pressure monitor and display (45) at a pressure measurement chamber in the pistol grip (2).
