PURPOSE: A method of preserving rice cake material for a long period time is provided by mixing rice cake material(rice flour) with a subsidiary material and then drying. Therefore, the obtained rice cake material increases storage properties in an atmosphere and shortens a rice cake manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: Rice flour is mixed with a subsidiary material such as mugwort, pumpkin, jujube and the like, dried to a moisture content of about 10%, and if necessary, is formed in the shape of a flower, butterfly, etc. and then the mixed flour is used to make rice cake. |
