The present invention provides to methods of preventing, treating or ameliorating one or more symptoms associated with an autoimmune or inflammatory disorder utilizing combinatorial therapy. In particular, the present invention provides methods of preventing, treating, or ameliorating one or more symptoms associated with an autoimmune or inflammatory disorder comprising administering to a subject in need thereof one or more integrin alpha V beta 3 antagonists and at least one other prophylactic or therapeutic agent. The present invention also provides compositions and articles of manufacture for use in preventing, treating or ameliorating one or more symptoms associated with an autoimmune or inflammatory disorder.
