METHOD FOR DETECTING INQUIRY RESULT USING DEVICE CLASS IN LOCAL MOBILE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for detecting an inquiry result using a device class in a local mobile wireless communication system is provided to efficiently search a device necessary for a service by searching only slaves for providing the service and notifying the slaves to an external device. CONSTITUTION: If a service is generated from an external device, a link control unit senses the generated service(401). The link control unit performs an inquiry process for searching a device for providing the service(403). The link control unit checks whether the inquiry result is received from slaves(405). If the inquiry result is received from all slaves, the link control unit detects device classes from the inquiry results(407). The link control unit checks whether a device class which satisfies conditions received and stored from the external device exists(409). If the device class exists, the link control unit stores only the device class which satisfies the conditions(411). The link control unit generates a bluetooth device address list about the detected device classes and reports the generated bluetooth device address list to the external device(413).
