PURPOSE: A process of preparing instant abalone porridge is provided by frying fish meat in sesame oil and then mixing soaked rice, ground intestine and abalone-boiled water. Whereby, abalone porridge meal is prepared merely by pouring 100g of the obtained porridge material in 100g water and then heating and can be preserved for about 12 months. CONSTITUTION: An abalone is washed and separated into a fresh part and an intestine part, the intestine part is boiled and cooled at 4deg.C to give abalone water, and the fresh part is fried in sesame oil after slicing. Soaked rice, and ground intestine are boiled in the abalone water and fried in sesame oil to produce a fried mixture of abalone and rice, which is mixed with the fried abalone fresh and then packed. |
