PURPOSE: A removal method of the oil discharged to the sea, rivers, etc. is provided to minimize environmental pollution and damage on the neighboring facilities. CONSTITUTION: The removal method of the oil discharged to the sea, rivers, etc. comprises the steps of leading oil floating and flowing on the surface of the water(7) into a boat net(5) by installing an oil fence(4), suctioning the oil to a tank by a suction motor, then letting the oil and water flow along the wall of the tank to separate the water and oil in the tank and opening a valve to send out water to the sea or rivers, etc. and to carry the oil to an empty drum by a valve, so that water and oil are separated completely.
