PURPOSE: A pavement method of high durable and permeable concrete is provided to secure necessary pores as permeable concrete and to have strength and durability enough to endure traffic. CONSTITUTION: The pavement method of high durable and permeable concrete comprises the steps of inputting and mixing coarse aggregate whose grain size is limited to the appointed range, fine aggregate whose diameter is within 2 millimeters, cement, water and admixture to produce cement concrete having compressive strength of 800 kilogram per square centimeters or more, slump value of 0-4 centimeters and porosity of 12 percent or more at the wet state, then paving the concrete and tamping with a roller to pave a base layer and a surface layer, or a surface layer.
