PURPOSE: A structure for directly delivering hydrogen of tube system for circulation of hydrogen of heating and cooling air conditioner and freezing and refrigerating system using metallic alloy for hydrogen storage is provided to efficiently move hydrogen and to minimize load working on a compressor or a pump. CONSTITUTION: Direct delivery pipes(B1,B2) are installed in two lines between delivery pipes(A,A') of a tube system for circulation of hydrogen having hydrogen moved and circulated between two heat exchangers(1,1') by a compressor(5) or a pump so as to convert the heat exchangers between compressed condition and vacuum condition.
