<p>In a method of processing video into an encoded bitstream in which the encoded bitstream is intended to be sent over a WAN to a device, the processing of the video results in the bitstream (a) representing the video in a vector graphic format with quality labels which are device independent, and also (b) being decodable at the device to display, at a quality determined by the resource constraints of the device, a vector graphics based representation of the video.</p> |
