PURPOSE: A carbon polymer heater is provided to achieve an improved tensile force and flexibility, while attenuating electromagnetic wave by winding electrodes for feeding current into first and second coil types. CONSTITUTION: A carbon polymer heater comprises a linear heater carbon polymer(3) arranged within an insulator coating(5); and first and second electrodes(2,4) connected to both sides of the carbon polymer, and which feeds a driving current to the carbon polymer. The first electrode is taken up along the outer periphery of a central insulating member, such that the first electrode contact the inner surface of the carbon polymer, and the second electrode is taken up along the outer periphery of the carbon polymer, so as to feed a driving current to the carbon polymer and attenuate the electromagnetic wave leaked from first and second electrodes.
