PURPOSE: A sealing skirt device is provided to completely seal the gap formed between the feeder and under chute by absorbing vibration of the feeder and improving coupling force between male and female skirts. CONSTITUTION: A sealing skirt device comprises bands(3,4) attached to the outer surface of an under chute(8) and inner surface of a feeder(1), and which have coupling grooves formed at inner surfaces of bands, respectively; a female skirt(9) inserted into the coupling groove of the band, and which has a groove formed in a lengthwise direction at the inner surface of the female skirt, and a plurality of side buffering holes formed at the inner surface of the female skirt; a male skirt(10) inserted into the coupling groove of the band,, and which has a protrusion formed at the inner surface of the male skirt such that the protrusion is inserted into the groove formed at the inner surface of the female skirt, and an intermediate buffering hole formed in an axial direction of the protrusion; and a hydraulic supply unit having a hydraulic supply line(13) and a hydraulic discharge line(12) connected to the intermediate buffering hole and a hydraulic pump(14).
